We want you to love what you bought, but just in case you're not 110% Irie, feel free to drop us a line for a refund, exchange, or return, providing that requirements are met for:
A Return for clothing, shoes, handbags
- 25 days (excludes public holidays,) after purchased date to return new unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged item with original tag and in original package.
- Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product, wrong size)
- Use the "Drop Us a Line," contact page for prompt processing.
- Include order number, reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Swimsuits, accessories, caps, hats, scarfs
Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact Irie Attire customer service at irie@irieattire.com within 24hrs of receipt.
Quality Check for Returns
- We will inspect and/or test item to ensure it meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit.
- Return shipping is free, (using the return label provided,) once the ordered product meets the aforementioned return requirements.
- If items do not meet return requirements, they will be reshipped to the address provided in the original order and a shipping fee of USD12.00 assessed to non-return eligible items which is contingent upon product purchase.
- Mail or ship the return package at your nearest USPS location. Your return package must be postmarked within 25 days after the purchase date.
- Please note that returned items must be correctly shipped using the correct Return Label.
- To ensure a smooth and timely refund process, please make sure that the item(s) you are returning match(es) the details listed on your return request. Any discrepancies may cause delays or prevent us from being able to process your return.
- Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item, postmarked within 25 days after the purchase date, has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.
NOTE: For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package.
The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
